By applying for membership in JITO Dubai, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility Criteria

• Age & Community: Applicant must be 18 years or older and belong to one of the 18 Gotras within the Agrawal community.
• Compliance: Applicant must agree to comply with JITO Dubai's rules and regulations.
• Application: A completed application form (online/offline) must be submitted along with the prescribed membership fee.
• Screening-based Membership: Membership is granted only after a thorough screening process. Membership is subject to review and approval by the JITO Dubai Management Team.
• Approval: Membership is at the sole discretion of the JITO Dubai Management Team, which reserves the right to accept or reject applications.

Membership Obligations

• Update Information: Members must notify JITO Dubai in writing of any changes to their personal information (e.g., address).
• Fee Payment: Membership rights are activated only upon payment of the full membership fee. Unpaid dues will lead to automatic suspension of membership.
• Compliance: Members must adhere to JITO Dubai's rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in removal, with an option for appeal.

Due Diligence & Background Check

• Applicants may be required to undergo a due diligence process, including background verification and credential validation, to ensure eligibility.
• Refunds: If an applicant is found ineligible, the membership fee will be refunded in full.

Code of Conduct

• Members must conduct themselves in a manner that reflects JITO Dubai's values and integrity. Inappropriate conduct may lead to disciplinary action, including cancellation of the membership.

Event/Participation Charges

• All events and programs hosted by JITO Dubai are chargeable. Members may receive special discounts or subsidized rates for certain events.

Liability and Indemnification

• Limitation of Liability: JITO Dubai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from membership, participation in events, or any actions taken in connection with membership.
• Member-to-Member Interaction: JITO Dubai is not responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from member interactions or agreements. If any member engages with another member and such interactions lead to financial or other losses, JITO Dubai will not be held liable for any such outcomes.
• Indemnity: Members agree to indemnify and hold JITO Dubai harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their participation in JITO Dubai activities, or from any actions or disputes that occur as a result of interactions with other members.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

• Members must maintain confidentiality regarding JITO Dubai’s operations, initiatives, and any sensitive information. Disclosure to third parties is prohibited without prior written consent.

Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, and materials JITO Dubai produces are its intellectual property. Members may not use or reproduce them without written permission.

Platform Availability

• While JITO Dubai strives to provide continuous access to its platform, it does not guarantee uninterrupted service. JITO Dubai is not responsible for any downtime or technical issues.

Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration under applicable laws before pursuing legal action.

Changes in Legal Formation

• If JITO Dubai undergoes a change in legal formation, all members will be transferred to the new structure automatically, without needing additional consent.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

• JITO Dubai reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email, WhatsApp, or the JITO Dubai mobile app.

Governing Law

• All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India. The exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings will be in the courts located in Ahmedabad, India.

Refund Policy

• Non-Refundable Fees: Membership fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• No Pro-Rata Refunds: If JITO Dubai ceases operations, no refunds or pro-rata payments will be made.

Acceptance of Terms

• By submitting your membership application, you acknowledge that you have read, the Terms and Conditions for Communication Consent
• By registering on AGRASETU, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding all types of communications (including WhatsApp, SMS, email, and other channels)
• Opt-in for Communication: By providing your contact number and other details, you consent to receive communications from AGRASETU regarding events, updates, offers, important notifications, platform initiatives, and any other relevant information related to your membership.
• Types of Communication: These communications may include, but are not limited to,:
  • Event invitations, updates, and reminders
  • Member benefits and offers
  • Important platform-related notifications
  • Administrative messages, alerts, and confirmations
  • Updates on initiatives and programs by AGRASETU
  • Emergency communication regarding changes or cancellations
• Opt-out Option: You can opt-out of receiving non-essential promotional communications (such as offers and events) at any time by replying with "STOP" to the respective message or by contacting us directly at [ M: 9227 10 11 24 ]. However, you will continue to receive essential, account-related communications.
• Data Privacy: AGRASETU will treat your contact information with care and will only use it for platform-related communications. We will not share or sell your information to third parties without your consent, except as required for operational purposes.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree that the contact details you provide are accurate and that you will notify AGRASETU of any changes to your contact information on time. No Liability for Delays or Errors: We are not responsible for any delays, errors, or failures in communication due to network issues or technical challenges.
• Consent for Communication: By registering and providing your contact details, you confirm that you are the owner of the provided number and have the right to receive all forms of communication from AGRASETU.
• Amendments: These terms may be updated from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes through appropriate communication channels. Understand, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Individual Membership Rules for Family/Spouse:

• Primary Member: Holds full membership rights and access to all meetings and events.
• Spouse & Child Members: Limited access to events, with applicable guest fees. Must adhere to JITO Dubai’s rules and regulations.
• Non-Transferable: Membership cannot be transferred, assigned, or inherited.
• Cessation of Membership: Upon the primary member’s passing, the membership automatically ceases, with no rights for the spouse or family members to claim or inherit.
• Mobile Application Access: Exclusively available to the primary member.

Note: For working couples, we recommend a Joint Membership for full benefits.

Type of Membership

• Individual Membership - Yearly (Valid till 31 Mar 2026).
• Individual Membership - (Lifetime).
• Joint Membership - Yearly - (Valid till 31st Mar 2026) - *Preferred for Working Couples.
• Joint Membership (Lifetime) - *Preferred for Working Couples.

Renewal: The next renewal period for yearly membership will be from April 2026 to March 2027 (fee may be revised).

GST/Other taxes: Applicable, if required by law

All events organized from time to time will have separate access fees.

Life Membership in JITO Dubai will include the same benefits as an Individual Membership, with the added value of lifelong access to the network, without needing renewal. All individual membership terms (such as non-transferability and cessation upon passing) will also apply to Life Membership.

Note

• Late Payment:If fees are unpaid for more than 30 days, membership will be suspended, and any office-bearing positions will be automatically terminated.
• Non-Refundable Fees: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• All membership benefits will be made available gradually over time. Members will be notified as new benefits become available.
